Important Vendor Information
Weather permitting, all festival activities will be outdoors. Vendor spaces are available on grass or on pavement. In the event of inclement weather, vendor spaces will be indoors in the J.C.C. gymnasium. Booths are 10x10 and vendors desiring a tent must supply their own. Weights or stakes are required. Vendors requiring larger spaces or electricity, may be accommodated with advance arrangements.
Set up begins at 9:30 a.m. and completed by 11 a.m. Vendors may drive in to set up, but cars need to be removed - shuttle is available from parking areas. All vendors are responsible for complying with any applicable permits, sales taxes, legal restrictions and total clean-up of designated area.
The festival committee reserves the right to prevent vendors from displaying or offering for sale any items that are determined to be offensive, illegal, or insulting to attendees. In addition, the festival committee may remove any product, displays, or activities deemed to be a hazard to the safety of J.C.C. employees, guests, or other vendors. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of the festival committee.
All food vendors are required to have liability insurance coverage in the amount of one million dollars, naming the Jewish Community Federation of the Mohawk Valley as an additional named insured. Vendors with employees are required to carry workers compensation insurance. Documentation of such coverage is required no later than 9 a.m. on May 30, 2025.
