Can anyone attend Jewtica... even if they're not Jewish?
Yes, absolutely! People of all backgrounds are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Can I bring my dog?
We love our furry friends, however we can not allow pets at Jewtica for health and safety reasons. Service animals are always welcome.
Where can I park?
There is limited street parking around the JCC. We recommend that attendees park in the lot behind Temple Emanu-El on Genesee Street, and take one of the frequent shuttle busses to and from Jewtica. There is also free parking on Mason Rd right across from the JCC. Parking and shuttles are free. Handicap accessible parking is available.
What kind of food and drink will there be? Is there kosher food?
There will be a variety of food available from local vendors. Kosher food is available. For over 21s, enjoy an adult beverage in our HeBrew Garden.
Are there activities for kids at Jewtica?
Yes, there are activities for children of all ages! We have a dedicated kid's tent, a bounce house, and more.
Will there be security at the festival?
We take security very seriously. For the safety of all in attendance, Utica police will be present for the entirety of the event.
Are there any volunteer opportunities at Jewtica?
Absolutely! Volunteers help Jewtica run smoothly, and its a great experience for all. Click here to sign up. Free Jewtica T-shirts are provided for all volunteers.
